Rashmi Chandra

Rashmi Chandra is a Promoter partner of a Management Consultancy Organisation. She has 26 years of extensive experience in enabling organizations and people to achieve new benchmarks of performance. Experienced in diagnostics, design and delivery of a full range of management development, training and consultancy and is also Certified Psychometric Examiner from Psytech International, UK.
She is a MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and has worked as a Senior Manager A F Ferguson and Company, Associate Director, then with KSA Technopak and currently is Partner, Intrim Business Associates.

He has held various leadership roles and has domain expertise in Business Case Development & Strategy, Innovation & Disruptive Innovation, Manufacturing Management, and People & Change Management. He has vast experience as Coach / Mentor / Trainer across all levels of management. He is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Delhi and also has Management Certifications from Michigan Business School (C K Prahlad & Team) and Unilever Four Acres. He teaches at some of the prestigious institutes, facilitates leadership development initiatives, Coaches CXO’s and is a consultant to several organizations. He is also a Sr. Fellow with Global Human Capital with The Conference Board, USA.

Rima Gupta is an experienced strategic consultant and a foresights practitioner. She has had a varied and challenging career of 28 years with almost 24 years of strategic consulting & research across various categories, brands and diverse organizations. She has extensively conducted assignments relating to vision, mission, corporate brand strategy; brainstorming sessions, Design thinking workshops, foresights workshops, competency training in marketing and brand management. She has been a trainer in leadership training for Mid-level management and was part of the global team driving change in a large multinational.
Rima mentors young leaders in start-ups and has co-founded a Lean In chapter for women entrepreneurs in India.
